Description
Drawing on inspiration from the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, we developed these amazing Turbo GT Exhaust inserts to provide that extra splash of style to your OEM PSE exhaust system. These will fit all 992.1 and 992.2 models with the oval PSE exhaust tips. This is a first for this platform, and not available anywhere else.
Development
This is a small but very complex part to produce. Developed from 3D scans of the OEM exhaust and built from stainless steel. The stainless steel pieces are then further hand polished for a bright and unmistakable appearance. Heat exposure over time will burnish the stainless steel into a light gold color that really adds some contrast. All hardware is included and completely reversible.
Installation
These inserts install by hand with no need to remove the OEM exhaust tips, bumper, or muffler. Installation is not difficult, but requires some working in tight spaces or angles. I would anticipate most would need 1-1.5 hours for the installation their first time. Due to the unique nature of the part in the marketplace, the install video will be sent to owners after purchase to avoid potential copycats in the marketplace.
Delivery Time / Shipping
These custom parts are all continually built in small batches. Parts not in stock will take 5-6 weeks to be built, polished, and shipped to you. All orders will be fulfilled after being placed. If you know that you are impatient type, please inquire on current lead time before ordering. I recommend ordering early to ensure yours are able to built in the next production run, as opposed to waiting for a pair to be in stock.
Customization
The option for custom colors has not been tested for long term durability. If you have a desire to powder coat these in a custom finish, I do not have any objections to the choice. However, I have not tested that process. All parts ordered will come in stainless steel and polished at this time.
